It turned out the f ups were of the royal variety. Most peeps had similar stories. She didn't get into the procedure room until 1 1/2 hour after her appt time (1515 hours ) and we didn't get out until 1845 hours. At least the staff were very nice to us all and kept making us tea and biccys! I read the whole of a Land Rover Monthly plus most of a copy of the Spectator which I pinched as it had some very interesting articles! (don't usually do that.)Don't you just love f-----ups when it's not your fault nobody talks these days that's why the world is s-----t now keep smiling
