Volt meter currently (no pun intended) showing 12v on a battery that has been stood for over a year

Yer he's asking what we can do about it, been texting me all day. I dont think I should be doing anything ive done my part & posted it back. Im due a refund today then I can ask ebay to step in which I will be doing at 12.00.01
If I got a parcel like that id be taking pics of the driver/parcel & be straight on the phone to the courier.

Then it is up to Royal Mail to find out which of their posities delivered it to 'him' and see if he can recall the state of the parcel upon delivery. Your claim should be against Royal Mail.. In my experience, when RM delivery a mutilated item they make a note of it at the sorting ofice and offer to investigate a claim.
