Had a big apologising reply from the Practice Manager no less, and from the wimmins who made the error.
They are fast tracking my referral and I should hear "within 2 weeks " from the orspical.
She gave me the addreses of all the peeps I could complain to if I wish to take it further.

Just got up from me nap. Injured blackbird was sat on the step under me patio door, parent perched on the wall watching it. Injured one flew off into the hedge, followed by the parent. I think it is recovering.

I have seen the grand total of 1 person today, 8 cats, 5 horses on the common, and hundreds of birds, oh and a calf ran down the road.I know it's the capital. I do think you underestimate how much I dislike being near people

Tho I did help out a white tailed bumbly bee that had run out of juice in the conservatory this mornin. I thought it was dead and picked it up to put it outside, got an irritated buzz in response.
So I put a nickle honey next to her on the patio which she seemed to like an after five minutes she flew away.
