So yesterday afternoon went to our friends house (he hasn't been for 4 yrs with 1 thing and another) All the padlocks on the gates opened surprisingly easy, Got in the house and some ****s have decided to break in:mad:.
Said buggers had just turned the place over, all the draws out. The weird thing is the only thing (on initial inspection) that was missing is 2 bicycles, his battery drill, and a Henry. He was more miffed about Henry than anything else:).

So then we stomp down the jungle to look at his car. Cover was half off the car, 1 door window down, bonnet unlatched🤔.
So Big John picks something off the ground and say "this is not mine" I said "that's what they nick CATs with. look under and yes the ****s had cut the pipe but obviously couldn't reach the front, so CAT still there.

So this morning loaded up the mini digger, Dragged the car out enough to get the battery on and it started😲.
But can only drive it backwards cos of the dangly exhaust🤣.
Got it on the trailer and it is now at ours, he is playing with the digger and will be back later, with the defender.
I have a feeling that a Renault may be in the garage tomorrow to prep for MOT🤔.

Note to self: Dont load a car backwards and think its central/level, should have reversed it all the way up, it got wobbly at 65 when I overtook a slow coach;).

Got my 4t of sand moved & the ripped one didnt bust open. :) I put a ratchet strap round the single pallets of blocks & slid the
forks under em so was able to shift them too, the double stacked pallets of block was too much & looked like it was going to
coup. (waiting for mr steamer to come along lol) Called the merchants so they arse are coming out on monday to shift em. :)

Just done something I've not done before...went out for lunch to a Thai place for lunch been open a couple of months read the reviews all great...left feeling let down by the quality of the food and the service the drinks cost for here over the top 3.5€ for a glass of wine normaly you get half a litre for that...
...we eat out a lot and have a board in our shop for our favourate places to eat as holiday makers ask us every day...felt I should leave an honest review of our experiance first time I've done that good or bad...
 
Eye gorra heat camera that plugs into me fone. Eye has just bin lookering at me garden wivvit by hanging oot me bathroom window. Lookering fer hedgehogs. Was hoping to spot some burd nests but nowt. They must be hidden by the leafs. Nowt in next doors garden. Noreven a jaff.

@Turboman told me once that fevvers are brilliant insulation. I expect the surface temperature of a dickie is the same as ambient.
