A new Screwfix has just opened only 30 miles away from me.
Thats smashing, we have a screw fix & a tool station next door to one another they are 30 odd miles away.

Nearest one to me is a 5 minute drive. (10 minutes if I get stuck behind a tractor). I can be there and back with a boot full of goodies in 20 minutesA new Screwfix has just opened only 30 miles away from me.

Found a wee pile of insulating in the kitchen corner looks like we a visitor making a hoose.

Marley had loads of options they used to have a massive yard at Bishopbriggs just outside Glasgow
I used to go in there to repair the machines when I was a lad.

Could be a Danmarque or a Hanson. they had the old pebbledash type exterior. The three Marley's I knew just had plain concrete on the outside. Or did they?
I am having to go back to my childhood and my first ever house I bought and then sold again in 1985 odd.
Just wonderin if Dolly Parton goes to bed normally at night or if someone pulls the plug out of her and she just goes "hissssssss" for a while!

I got two free kids mountain bikes yesterday so I put 2 signs on them saying free please take me
& put them outside the local shop lasted 5 mins before a chap with 2 wee lads coming out the shop
took em.

Twas at the end of the prog (Glastonbury), with the sound off while on here, that I discovered it was from 2014, so a while back but she did still look fab.Dolly Parton's.... Whats?
She once said something like "it costs a lot of money to look this cheap".

You make me feel spoilt as we have a Scroofix within a coupla miles and a Wickes and a Toolstation about 6 miles away.Thats smashing, we have a screw fix & a tool station next door to one another they are 30 odd miles away.
But then we have the disadvantage of living in the Fleshpots of Ferndown!!!

Fink Ive got a rat somewhere too much mess for a wee mouse but no droppings. I dont like killing
fings but im not having the house pulled to bits. I will put the traps out on the fly or rat poison if I get

Hope you catch em quick! Poison quick, don't mess about, or the missus will be living in the Disco, or elsewhere.

Yes, just a bit. Apparently he will go there this afternoon and see what he can do. Knowing him it will be after all the useful shops have shut so he has an excuse to do nothing.Do you ever feel like the 5th emergency service.

Not moaning we are very happy here, more or less.Cant have everything I suppose.
What makes us hugely happy is having the countryside-miles-from-anywhere thing in France, and the proper-village-with-proper-shops thing, over here.
Or it would if we weren't having to fight for the 180 day Schengen visas.

Hard to know what to do except for boxing the little frigger's ears.
Maybe your back could suddenly start playing up again. After all you wouldn't have to fake it, much!

Avoid poison. I had one poisoned and died under me site office, and one poisoned and died after crawling under the floor boards of a farm house I was lodging in. The stink followed by flies is something I will never forget --------
