Mrs used to hate this time of year. I would not have a day off till mid January when we lived down Kent. I would then Mong till February then start normal/required work

I saw someone on a tv programme - Homes Under the Hammer? - and they had spread a gel coat, they did it on a floor too. Don't ask me what this is 'cos I don't know. :rolleyes:

'ere I go again :rolleyes: I've got bt lines in three rooms! There is one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in the main bedroom - all wiring comes out from the wall that the outlet is on.. Nothing to do with me, the person who had the bungalow built (he was an electrician) seemed to use this place as an experiment to put as much trickery in as he could - sockets by the ton, even down to floodlighting in the garden and a garden pond with a constantly flowing Lion feature. Needless to say, that is turned off from inside. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:.

To be fair I left the painting to the misses last year, I done the ceilings cause she cant reach :rolleyes:
There's a wee set of steps over there which went down like a lead balloon lol

So is formica, coloured plastic. It's already worn, ie workin through the colour layers. Polishing only accelerates the process. Basically it's fooked. Make it shiny, or puts glitter on it. Like a turd. :D

Herself says there's some kinda wax you kin get. Reckon you kin only put colour back on but would be an ongoing process, bit like a Tratter :D
