Another cracking, taps aff, day in prospect
Shame I have been roped into stripping walls in my wife's friends hoose. Fee lunch at least so
Will drive round in the Landy to give it a blast as has been standing for a couple of weeks.

Day looks fine though it is unlikely to get very hot.
Disturbed night as the doggy with the collar kept bashing into things in the bedroom!
Poor thing.
So every time they wanted to go out, I had to carry the youngest one down as she still has her stitches in, then go back for tother one and do the same.
On the way up, carry the little un then hold the collar of the other one up so she can climb the stairs.
At least it means I'm getting some exercise.
Rob the local (-ish) land rover 2nd hand parts guy has a front prop, at what to me seems like an eyewatering price, so I'll be over there tomoz to give it a damn good look over to ensure I don't buy one that is much the same as mine! He also has spare wheel nuts, so they will deffo be bought.
Grr!, if I was in Engerland I'd get the kit and change the U/Js etc in the Hooke joint.
May still end up having to do that!
So now on dressing Wifey's leg wound from her fall, (which is now getting much better) then the doggy's leg! Twice a day.
I feel like I should be wearing a red cross armband.

Thanx for the offer. Got all the manuals I need for my bikes. They are of value to someone though, don't throw them out. Especially if they are originals. I see Dippy has expressed interest.Well spotted

I've got an old, oily finger marked and battered BSA manual somewhere if your chappie wants it, I'll see if I can find it later. If he is into old bikes, he can find lots of parts manuals, brochures, workshop manuals etc for triumph and norton on www.classicbike.biz

Afternoon folks.
Not much to report work wise today, its funny how somedays you just bimble around doing little bits and it doesnt really seem that you have done anything in the end, oh well never mind there's always tomorrow and the next day.
We are having a teenager problem though.
Couple of weeks ago he came home with his forehead all cut with a big gash above his right eye, that's healed nicely now. Couple of days ago he came home with a bloody nose. He wont listen to a word we say and keep staying out most of the night. Treats the place like a B&B
He is now limping.
What to do.
