I would just like to say

Well....
Took the dog to the vets.
It was like Piccadilly circus in there never seen it so busy.
Anyway, the vet couldn't find what caused it and did more or less exactly what I expected, disinfected it, put special cream on it, "Predniderm", gave her an antibiotic jab then gave me more of the gunk, antibiotix tabs and a collar!
Said to leave it in the open to scab over.
Poor doggy, she'd never had a collar on before. Vet and her helpers were most amazed that we'd never had to use a collar before.
So she's on the mend. Although still banging her collar into stuff!!
Blokey re Disco bits never phoned back.
Will have to persist there!

Ah poor wee doggy at least shes on the mend, mines bolted out the room last night through the house
and out the back door after a cat, how she knew it was outside probably smelled the pussy am I allowed
to say that today she was limping when she went to run so I put the lead back on and just slow walked her.

Dunno if you heard about this, but Amazon was selling air fryerers las Fridi for four an arf squids, obverous error. Took a few K orders ferrem to wake up an most were refunded. DIL was one who lost out.

SWMBO was down Ma T's way today, an there was the self same unit onna garding wall goin gratis! Chap had bort it, dint use it, gave it away! Serendipity or what? SWMBO is in @kevstar territory

Oh dear, pulled a muscle or a tendon or maybe even hurt her back or her neck.
We had that a coupla years back. With our youngest, took her to the Frog vet, the girl just prescribed pain killers, took her back again and saw the senior partner, he said he thought she might have moved a vertebra in her neck, he took hold of her and gently but carefully stretched and twisted her neck.
She was right as ninepence afterwards.
Never known a Brit vet do that!
Matty, middle dog is a bit miz with the collar but at least we know she isn't licking it. the vet said most of the problem was caused by her licking it. Apparently it worsens the infection and as it spreads, it starts to itch so the dog licks it more, etc etc.
Vicious circle. So, glad we broke it!

Could have done with one of those when I were a lad!!!
