I would just like to say

Mark Twayne zed "I have never taken any exercise, except sleeping and resting, and I never intend to take any." That be a fillosuffy as appeals to us boys. Us knows ee wuz Murican but 'em do get things raight zumtymes.

My idea of exkersize is watching football or rugby on the box, with a couple of cans and some snax. So none for me in the near future .

It is trying to rain here (despite the met office saying otherwise) so can't decide whether to do some brick layering or not. Will do a bit of prep work and see how it goes. Got to do more than nothing.

Another lovely day. 5 minute queue outside the mini-mart just to get a paper!! Crazy.
Coffee is much appreciated now I am back in the warm.

Eye be not garn choppin terday as we still gorrid milk left so ah goes morra. Choppin every ate days intsted of sevun. Thar be less risk if less choppin ova cummin wiks.

The Doris has gone in search of essential supplies, pork pies, crisps and chocolate....

Got some bricklayering done. Only one light shower. Me landy is growing a nice crop of green stuff around the windows, need to think about hosing it down. Might need to do more than just thinking though
