Hydraulic / Sprung driving seat

Hi all,

A mate of mine has just bought a 300 but due to a back injury he has he asked me if I could source something that would be less harsh on his back.

So, can anyone tell me where I could get one of those hydraulic/sprung seats, like those found in lorries etc?
