After a few weeks mucking about on the edges of the forum, I'm now coming out!
I've recently moved up from a Jeep Cherokee 2.5 (yup, the VM engined one!), and am happy with my Disco 300tdi auto. I've got most of the problems sorted using the forum; just the cruise control to fiddle with. It's great now having something that seems engineered to be rebuildable, rather than replaceable (£400 for clutch hydraulic unit, anyone?
).
Anyway, the sun's out again, and my tools are in the back; I'm off to tinker (sorry, service)!.
