Hi, I'm Adam and I'm new to the forum. (Hence posting in this section first, of course 
)
I'm the proud owner of a 1995 Discovery 300Tdi which has been in my family since it was about 3 years old. Since we got it we've had it fully customised, black carpet, black & red leather seats, satellite navigation, high quality sound system, few under bonnet tweaks, new paint and so on.
It's been a fairly reliable work horse, except the time it spat it's gearbox apart on the motorway (yeah, that common design fault with no oilways drilled in some gear) and the sedimenter having to be hacked off and a new one put on as I couldn't undo the bolts which had corroded solid!
My dad used to have a 1993 200 series Discovery 3.9 V8 which I loved to bits and I'm thinking of getting another V8. I'd ideally like a 1995 - 1998 3.9 V8i 3 door with manual gearbox, an ES model would be great but they seem to be more rare than rocking horse poop.
I've always liked Land Rover vehicles, my family has always owned them, from a series 3 safari along to a 1.6 Freelander up to a 4.6 Range Rover.
Anyways, that's a lil bit about me.
