how to stop pop riviter bouncing?

if you seen me thread on 2 door rebuild you will understand why i ask..

how to stop pop riviter bouncing back and hitting the paintwork when reataching the panels, loads of rivits.just one bounce and paint ruined!!

cut a small hole in some rubber matting and rivet through it.

mine doesnt just pulls rivet but then your not pushing against it oe squeezing as with hand types
