Disco 2 how to remove fill plug of D2 T-box

I have a very tight fill plug of transfer box of 2004 D2 td5. Since it is small room and the handbrake cable is in the way, it is hard to get swivel wrench, T-bar wrench and UJ wobble socket to do this job. Can anyone recommend a tool? Is it possible to loose handbrake cable for more space. Thanks!

I use to do it with a standard 1/2 inch ratchet. It has to be a short version and you have to pull away the handbrake cable and from a certain angle you can put it in. Also it has to be in this position when you want to remove.
