After a couple of threads on here recent , i thought it was about time to do something with my headlining ,as it was in a mess... so thought would do a how to while i was at it .. here are some pics.... First of all ,remove trim where needed clips in headlining etc. go easy not to break anything. took 20 mins to remove headlining . you can easily see what needs to be removed sunvisers , storage compartments. drop side panels in rear out of the way to get headlining out.

Cleaning your headlining with an old pair of purple pants - nice!

How long did this take you? Good luck with the next stage.

Some more pics now its painted.... gave it one coat , then let it dry, and flatted off with 600 grit production paper, just over bits where clue was still present. then gave it a final coat... used B&Q silk. Brushed with large wall paper brush , gave best results , roller was taking forever and coverage was too thin.

wait to dry , then fit back together as you stripped.. The only other thing i did, was to run some wires up the n/s screen pillar, ready for roof mounted cb..:)

To be fair if i had the spare cash , i would have it recovered . its a bastard of a job, and it took all afternoon. fitting it back in aint easy on ya own either , then trying to fit all the rear side panels properly after years of sun making them bow.... But its clean and tidy and total cost £ 13.00.:)
