How to prep and spray

Must've bin an awffy thick coat he put on then

from my experience satin black take about 15 mins to be totally dry, let me guess spray tins are better than a spray gun and compressor next.......personally if i had a series or defender it would be a roller job, dont think i have seen a strait panel on one yet???????? and to days rubbin down? use a sander cause its gonna hurt with those blisters on yer hand when yer get back to w*nkin.

theres something awffy thick about his post buster mate but i dont think it was the paint

Agree with Razzle there, Didnae take long to dry on me bumper and wheels etc, probably aboot 10-15 mins for each coat.

D'yer reckon ee's used the wrong paint on his very informative and useful "how to" fred?

cause i sanded it properly and did a good job insted of half assing it like some of you might do

not at all, i just know how to spray properly using spray cans or an air gun and compressor

btw if you know how to do it properly..why didnt you ??

its probably dry right now,but its all locked up till the morning

i have a few panels on the disco to tidy up after its last trip through the bushs ..

if dk17 dont mind i will help him finish his guide to prep and paint ..

i normaly stick to custom bike work but she's looking a little ratty of late

go for it spudy,allthough i can only imagine what its going to look like

Did a rather nice job on me ol' Shovelhead as it goes, but wunt dream of nicking DKeds thunder.

its going to look like a disco still i said paint not ferking rebuild..

this was just a quick how to, when its all done i'll post up a pic of it
