How to prep and spray

nah am sure folks with spray stuff still reckoned the roller was the way to go.. if i could be arsed i'd do a search and verify but i can't so i wont
 
after 2 days of prepping the hood/bonnet time for the paint, for this job i used hammerite satin black as the rest of the landy will be re-sprayed at some point in the same color.

marcus, this isnt the anything goes sub forum you know, this is meant to be a semi serious thread, i'll take some more shots when the paint is dry and on the landy

i wanna know why he spent so long rubbing it down just to throw drain pipe paint on it?

fairey snuff hammerites good stuff but if your going to spend all that time getting it preped then why not use the proper paint

maybe i'm just being fussy cos i prefere the roller :D
