It is indeed. So hang around, post things and try to stay chipper.
Oh, and don't try to be cheeky because it makes some of the noobs cry.
New members post in the introduce yourself section first, then have to get a post count of more than 50 to sell their stuff.

Hope this comes up on a search and that noobs actually do a search before posting a for sale with their first one.
EDIT:Just an update on this
This is to stop the great number of peeps that post once to sell their tat and then leave.
No-one will buy off you anyway if you're not a member of this community, what they will do is hound you with extreme derision until you either get banned for taking it badly or leave cos you can't handle it.

Yes. If you're joining purely to sell a vehicle then you're here for all the wrong reasons.
You may find that ebay will let you sell things on their website right from the word go.
