Hi, flat battery time because someone left the spotlamps running for 1.5hrs without the engine running (doh).

Although I could remove the battery and charge it, my battery charger has a jump start feature for supplying current up to 12v 130A, but before I blow it up, just wanted to check if this would be enough power to turn the starter over and get the engine going

2.25l series 2a engine with 2,286cc

Thanks

A lot depends on how flat your battery is. If it can turn over but not enough to start then put the charger on boost and give it ago.
However if very flat, just a click from solenoid put it on charge for half an hour before turning over.
Your charger should have an overload protection system, that cuts out if things warm up to much. Most today have an auto reset, older types had a reset button or a fuse you replaced.

Thanks, i'll give it a charge before I start it again.
