Just a quick question about replacing the back quarters on a disco. I've done this loads on normal road cars but they were alway on a jig. Would I have to put the disco on a jig? Second question do I use salvage panels or new if I can find any. Just that I'm having to replace the roof so thought might as well do the quarters as well as they are full of filler. After seeing green hornets post it made me more determined to get my disco ready for for the summer. Also I want to make it higher but ain't got a clue how to do it or what I need to get. So any advice would be grate. Cheers

if you just mean rear outer panels then they are just held on with a few screws/bolts ,no jigging as they secure to inner frame

So no cutting then Or welding? Just when I've had a look of the quarter panels it looks like its spot welded just like a normal car

So I will have to drill them out then or are they a bolt on and off jobby? Sorry for the daft questions but put my in front of a normal car and I can do all body repairs but big tanks like land rovers discoverys and I get lost. Lol
