How do you remove the lock from back door

This is driving me nuts have problems with the front locks the cenral locking wont work or rather the motors wont work stripped locks down taken motors out and looks like they are shot so in the mean time want to take the locks out of the rear doors but cant get the mechanism out is it attached somewhere taken he 3 bolts out disconected the cable diiconected the mechanism from the door handle but cant get it out help please

As far as I know, the only thing holding the latch firm is the 3 screws on the door edge and the cable from the inner release handle and the operating rod from the outside door handle. Maybe its just held by paint or similar and needs a "Tap" to break the bond and free it.
