how did this pass an mot?

Bloke round here used to be well lenient specially with bikes. I've took bikes and he's just had a look outside the garage then gone and wrote the ticket. He's been pulled up by the powers that be a few times now though and currently employs a bloke just to do tests and he's a right ****in jobsworth.

When I bought my first 110 it came with 11 months test. It had rotten outriggers, holes in the footwells, mucho rot in the rear crosmember, leaky swivels, brakes that pulled to one side and quite a few knackered bushes. Looked great from the outside but was a pile of crap underneath.

tester i use is fair.my horn worked on the way in cos i used it

didnt ffoookin work on the test tho

so i take it the original ad wouldnt have passed with all that rust on the outrigger?And he says theres a good chasis.:hysterically_laughi
