just read thru it and says
built from the ground up using a discovery chassis which was shortened and a short cross member fitted
so how is it 1970 tax exempt

Just had a reply from the seller. THere is NO single vehicle type approval on it.

I've just sent him this question.

Does the chassis number of the vehicle match the one on the V5? As I've been told that there is no way this vehicle could be tax exempt?? I have posted this link to VOSA & DVLA so that they can confirm the validity of it's tax exempt status. As I wouldn't want to bid on it and discover it wasn't as described..
