Hose identity ?

Can anybody please HELP....On the left hand side rocker cover of my engine there is a small hose with a bend in it going from the Rocker cover into a vacume nipple on the main land rover 4.6 block, the pipe is fatter on Rocker cover end and narrower on the other about 5/6" long...this pipe has perished and engine oil has come out all over the place...did not notice untill i had finshed my 50 mile journey !!! :doh:

Need to order one, but dont know the name of it.

they are doing the world a service in my opinion!!! i think without people like that the world would be a far worse place!!!

this season, they saved around 300 whales, its not enough! but it is 300 individuals that have the opertunity to live and reproduce.

if i had my way i would have torpedoed the jap ship, that'd put em off whaling!!!

and no i'm not a 'greenie' just dont see how the japs can kill hundreds of whales for 'research'

the point is that the excess whale parts, meat, can be sold on the open market. this means the profit is in the waste of what the japs claim to be killing for!!!

its a lie and the whaling commission are just covering up for the killings that take place purely for profit!!! after all a minky can fetch $250k an endangered species upto and possibly over $1m.

so the lungs and stomach used for 'research' are a handy guise. maybe if the sale of whale meat for human consumption was banned worldwide then the japs could be brought to justice and maybe the research wouldnt be that important anyway!! we already know what whales eat, we can track whales with far less distructive methods and certainly cheaper than a fleet of harpoon boats!!!

gav,i agree with everything you say,what i meant was they are mad bastards for doing what they do the way they do it,ie no cares about their own safety.
