Had a chat with Monsewer Vouge (thoroughly nice chap and very helpfull!) and having cheked exhaust valves...just in case!!..i am going to change the air flow meter tomorrow and see where we are.....

Not entirely sure why there are no fault codes but then hey, why would i expect it to be easy?

Has to be the most trouble i have had with a land rover which has really, really put me off anything with an ecu or without points or a diesel pump!!

I'm sure i'll be happy once its fixed.

Nick cold, miserable and norming it out on his drive!

....Not the air flow meter.....plenty of spark.....way too much fuel.....so just re-checking the connections to the new lambda sensor's....do compression test and then double check it before i ship it off to the garage.....

Any thoughts gratefully received, apart from the "set fire to it" kind....
