Could any of you lovely people put there shed some light on this one. Have a freelander 2. It's a 2.2 td4 2006.
2 days ago its didn't want to start after being turned off for about 20 minutes. A minute of intermittently cranking and she fired up and on our merry way we went, well for 1 mile atleast where she then went into jump mode for a bout 20 seconds before dying complety. Assumed I had run out of fuel with a faulty fuel gauge however I have primed the fuel system and filter and she just doesnt what to know. No fuel movement seems to be visable in the pipework, nor is there anything coming through the comman rail or the high pressure output pipe. In fact when you crank it theres no fuel movement anywhere.
