Hiab for disco

Anyone know where I can get a hiab for my disco? Neighbour keeps blocking my parking space + it would come in useful for other things.

Public road = first come first serve ( I park 6 months at a time.)

If it is truly blocking access call plod and if private allocated space it is civil matter.

unless the neighbours vehicle is a pushbike I don't think the disco will be man enough to lift his car somehow.

if its public road, then you have no more rights for parking than your neighbour , unless as mentioned previous it is blocking access to driveway etc .
