got a 1995 4.6 p38 that wont start checked several bits and even changed starter was ok for a week but now completely dead at first in the morning if i held the key in the start position it sometimes starts but could take anything upto 10 seconds then would fire it would be fine all day and problem seemed to disappear but return by morning. now i noticed yesterday an electrical smell from what seem to start under the drivers seat. had enuff and only bought it cos it runs on Lovely Priced Gas........

k thanks but i have funny feeling something cooked yesterday because of the smell. the car wont turn over its like a faulty starter just a few clicks but nothing happens. im just about to have a look at the becm as i think that is where the fault lies podge.....................................
