HI from NZ

Hi All
Well recession is taking its toll and the last decent RR garage has gone under and I am getting increasingly closer to getting my hands dirty again. Been many years and not as complicated as a RR I have a 96 P38.

A while ago, after 2 pumps on the brake, the system would need to recharge. Took to garage and they put a new, (cant remember name) round thing on. That seemed to sort problem for a few days. (garage gone bust now). BUT now in the morning or after left for a while there is a buzzing sound like the system is charging and lasts for a minute plus. What else can this be?
