Hi again.

Used to be on hear a while back when i had my 90. The 90 was such a pain but i miss it in a weird way, think part of the problem was it had no power stearing ect and ran out of funds as i was still an apprentice. Id really like to get into green laning i live in northumberland so should be loads around. Idealy id like to spend up to 4k as I know im going to need my car for work also I travel about 250miles just for work alone or should i look into a disco never really had anything to do woth them?

Welcome to the forum again I seem to remember your avatar. Discos are basically Defenders with added comfort and half the price tag, you should certainly get a decent td5 for that money and maybe a spare 300tdi for green laning in if you drop on a couple of bargains

Yeah might have to have a look at a few discos I love the look of defenders but they have rocketed up in price! Im not going to want to do any mega offroading so maybe a defender is abit overkill.

I couldn't agree more, for what a defender is they're way overpriced especially at the mo

Yeah ill have too see might have a test drive of one I know one thing its a never ending task repairing a 90.
