Hey does anyone know how to bypass the heater matrix wiring? X

Hey guys - basically my heater blowers and heater has completely stopped working and there's no light in the Center console for all the switches - so I am guessing maybe the matrix needs by passing as a fix?

Or is there anything other than buying a new console that I can possibly do?
