Morning I thought ordered correct hex key for the cover measured 18mm wide but hex key is 18mm but too big so I assume not measured side to side.

Attached photo of plug. Anyone know correct hex key size?
    Thanks

size in mm is measured point to point, not flat to flat

Thank you I ended up knocking hex out and end that was in the socket fitted. It was advertised as 18mm hex but turned up 20mm wide with and 18mm socket. Must of ready it wrong but as was a bit misleading.

Head on a 10 mm diameter bolt is 17mm across and fits, weld bolt to piece of bar and job`s a good un.

Got a feeling I used a bolt with a couple of nuts on it. Put the bolt in the hole with the 2 nuts so you can turn it.

Funny rad key thing, of which the 59p version doesn’t work on the jammed ones.

What else? Everyone loves a ginger.

I really want to say must be that, but even on our wedding night she made me wear one, and that was way before Covid19... I am starting to think she only married me for my P38 and my massive knob, god knows it wasn't my bank account.
