if anyone wants a fully kitted out expedition 110 300tdi with all the trimmings and a rebuilt engine thats done the africa trip and back check this one out - with the amount of kit its worth alot more than the asking price imo. i did tell them but they stuck with that

carpy,
has the vehicle been rebuilt since the trip?

Can't get the link but I know somone wanting a 300 expedition prep'd motor disco really but 110 considered but unless its been rebuilt on its return theyre won't be interested. Alot of expedition motors on return are sold because to sort any motor after an expedition its 500 quid min if you do the work yourself and probably 1500 if not more for somone else to do it. Most people returning do not have that cash to sort the motor out and sell it.

I'll send them the link and see what they think.

no expense spared takes on a new meaning with this vehicle.

its been built / rebuilt / perfected over its whole life, tom and carl spend just about every day on it.

it got a new engine in south africa - not a ****ty used one, it was rebuilt from stratch by a very well respected land rover mechanic down there - with receipts - all the info is on the link, will try it again

if it doesnt work just google "tohelandback" they are the first link

hows your 110 coming along Carpy?

I used my 90 today to collect loads of bricks and hardcore drove lovley! Gotta look at another 200 engine to overhaul and replace mine but overall its actually back to being comfy and nice to drive for a change!

i think its getting there. i haven't got a landline at the moment and either mine or kris's phone is playing up so i havent been able to contact him but i think we are both hoping on it being finished in the next couple of weeks
