OK I didn't really understand that... either you ...or me..or both is ****sed. But you r opinion is just as welcome if only I can make sense out of it

I think PM is great except you can only add so many names to it,Might be easier to ask everyone that wants to come on outings to PM (A Nominated member) somone their username and E-mail and then just create a 'group email list or mailing List' send the group an email a single message rarther than sending loads of PM's What Do ya think?It looks less Exclusive and less arsey although I know it isnt meant that way. We could then have multipule outings say for one weekend like greenlaning and Whaddon contact =Whoever.

Ps my pops just brought some canes for Whaddon. Now all we need is some white and red numbered waterproof tops. So far we cant find the plastic tops but considered socks if we were desparate any ideas cheaper the better Let me know Jai

Not more impressive at all!!! lol It's an old 90s sony handycam with hi8 tapes off of ebay for about £35 (complete with a dodgy home video, which has now been taped over!). I have a usb thang to plug in which transfers it over, but I need to cut out the pointless conversation and cover it up with calming music.....

Half glad I missed the afternoon session at I’m not sure that water would have been do’able.

What about something like Google Calender. It is easy enough to set up and account which can then be shared either publically or with people who have been added.

Thanks for all the feedback. My standpoint is that sometimes, especially with a thread that moves as fast as this one, it is easy to miss an expression of interest, or forget to PM one person about a cancellation or last minute variation to plans. If a message only has to be created once and is then accessible by all interested parties, the organiser can be sure that everyone has the correct info.

This was demonstrated at the weekend when Gibbo thought he was meeting at Clophill, and Mr V was at Shefford with us.... while Jai was hammering toward us both.

Additionally, the current status of the group maybe uploaded to the site during the day allowing late comers and lazy arses who get out of bed really incredibly late and have to catch up later, (oops sorry was that Glenn then ), to gain what info they need easily.

The shared calendar is a great idea... I am gonna check out the one on here methinks.

Is the calendar only accesible to members?
