Don't think there's any bank holidays till next Easter. I'd be interested in coming though.

Hi Steve,

Welcome everyone always welcome to join in.

Actually there is the usual Pub meet this Wednesday (first Weds of every month) at the white lion Dunstable Chalk hill everyone welcome for a pint and a chat about Landies. Might I suggest we try and arrange a laning trip there and work from that. I can only apologise of late been really busy and not been on or out driving my landy for a while but hope for that to end soon.

Wednesday it is, I'll be there

So Me, Spitfire and the old man went out this eve.... where we went was closed so came home to the old mans house chilled for a bit came out to leave and the works car had a puncture. GREAT.............

To Add to it its French so changing a wheel involved removing all my work stuff from the back (some may know its Full o crap). Next thing I look up some police have cae down the street and fooking cordoned off the road and loadsa police and other people are al over the place. Changing a tyre took an hour FOO***G FRENCH CAR!!! and now I hear somone managed to get stabbed just 50-100 yds down the road. as far as I know police are still there.

So to sum up French cars Still Suck and Parents street is buzzing as usual!

Hi Jai et al,

Hoping to get to the pub tonight - what sort of time do you meet - and daft question possibly, are you all obvious or tucked away in a hidden room somewhere? If you see a pair of lost looking 'erberts with a P38 looking around it'll probably be us! Know the pub - used to go there a lot way back in the days it was the Maiden Bower...

Normally at pub from about 7:30-8:00. As you go into pub look to the tables to your right.

Can't do the pub tonight it's in the middle of my shift rota and I've got a 1am start Thursday

Nice turn out tonight, Some new members, some old faces and lots of banter as usual.

Very nice to meet new members. Everyone very welcome!! Series owner aswell!! Serious landy owners!!! I do hope we wern't too loud and mad. I will get my backside into gear and sort out a local greenlane outing so we can get out around some local lanes. I'm sure Spyderman will tag along and we can have a pleasant day of it one weekend. Ow and the treasure hunt (well remembered Tazz)! Maybe I can use the outing as a recce for an xmas treasure hunt.

Is there any particular weekend that would work for anyone for the laning outing and who is interested??? I'm knackared this next coming weekend for sure but any after that I should be able to get out.

Xmas treasure hunt I will sort out a route and send people off from a start point. I think Sible where he works that pub would be a suitable starting point quite centralish where you end up nobody knows. Well I will! Meet later in the day at a centralish point compare everyones answers to some quietions relating to the route/lanes winners may even get a prize and a prize for the most lost!

Very nice to see some regulars aswell.

The fish and chips was back to high std last time must have been an off day.

Why do we bother trying to keep lanes open drive sensibly and not destroy lanes................................. some threads do make me wonder why we bother. May explain why the councils would rarther not let us get involved. No wonder 4x4 owners as a whole get a bad rep.

Really sorry I couldn't make it, was gonna say we can do buffet on a Sunday as long as its after 4:00pm. So maybe do treasure hunt first then back for grub
