I got one of these for Christmas, I found that my landie was built on 31st July 1978 and dispatched on the 2nd of August. It was marine blue and a "Series III 88" Petrol Basic".

It was Line 3 of 10 and dispatched to Ashburn Army Vehicle Depot. Well worth the £30 payment to the Hertiage Centre!

so you get that info on a sheet of paper for £30 ?

I know! the £5.00 gets you all of the owners, MOTs, V5s and addresses of owners! The £30 should get you quite a lot of info, but apparently LandRover werent very good when it came to doccumenting trim details etc

that sounds much better value than the £30 - where'd you go to get that fivers worth of info from ?

I had a heritage cert for my MG Midget, that was full of info, infact, the PO had used said details to bring it back to factory spec.

£30 is a lot of money for them, but they are nicely presented, and do make a nice to have item!!
