Help

Hi guys

im new to all this, ive got a 1993 (L) disco 200tdi auto with 2" pro comp suspension lift and insana 265/75/16s. just bought a 2" body lift kit from ebay that comes with 10 spacers and bolts so that the wheels can clear the arches better. Ive done some research and very confused about what other mods that need to be done eg gear changer extended or steering column. I know the brake pipes will need extending and the fan housing removed or relocated.

I didn't bother lifting it ..

No problems so far .. I don't do many Pay 'n Plays and rarely need anything more green-laning so decided not to worry about it. Standard height, with HD suspension and biger tyres is plenty, IMHO ..

why not just do smaller like a 1 or 1.5 inch lift, that way you dont need to bother with all of that

im a man and bigger is better is this not true lol. On retrospectave i could just cut the spacers down that i already have if this would create less problems?

I think if I were to lift mine it would be 2" at least .. barely any point, I think, in going to the hassle of lifting the body for anything less .. and if you've already got the spacers for 2" you're halfway there!

true think ill stick with the 2" if it all goes wrong i can always remove the kit or cut it down. If they sell the kits i cant be impossible right? the info on fitting the kits from the seller doesnt seem that complicated ???????????????? still confused hahaha its spanner time suck it and see
