Hi, I’m pretty new to landys and need some good all terrain tyres. Been trying to find some but struggling with my size 225/55r17 can anyone recommend any or recommend any sizes that will fit on my current rims without side effects ‍♂️

Yokohama Geolander AT 015 in 225/65/17, which fit just fine, make the vehicle nicer to drive, correct the optimistic speedo and grip perfectly in all conditions. ;)

Thanks buddy, only problem is I can’t find any for that size, not sure if I can put anything else on them as they do 225/60r17 but can’t find any for 225/55. Any idea if the 225/60 would be good on them??

Thank you didn’t realise it’s okay to put the bigger ones on but as you say speedo will be out ruffly 4mph according to my calculations but will defo do thank you buddy

Try 4x4 tyres ltd

Got 225 /65 17s on mine. No problems and speedo is now spot on... No mods needed. Just fit a 6mm spacer on the spare wheel bracket to stop tyre rubbing on brake light arm. Only place I'd ever put a spacer is on the spare!!!

The speedo will be corrected, not made inaccurate. It reads 10% fast with the tiny standard 225/55/17 tyres, going bigger corrects this inaccuracy.
