Help with part number(s) - see pic

Hi. This is my first post and guess what - I need some help! Have moved down to Fuerteventura in the Canaries and containered over my beloved 98 LHD Disco One. Spent the last couple of weeks sorting the Disco out cosmetically - luckily the chassis and engine are good, 36000 miles since new, ex-Saudi vehicle, no rust!
Take a look at the pic. I need to replace the black plastic covers (both sides) between the rear doors and rear side glass and can't find a part number anywhere. Doesn't help that I don't know what the covers are actually called - pillar covers? door trim?
If anyone knows the part numbers or part names, that would be a BIG help. Thanks in advance, Pete.
