Fitted 265/75 insa's to my 90. As expected they rub on the castor arm on the driver side only when steering wheel is turned fully to the right. When left lock is used they do not rub on passengers caster arm.

I know where the steering stop bolts are.....but please can someone tell me which one (or both??) to adjust and whether to tighten or loosn the bolt? I have been under there for ever and cant seem to make any noticable difference! Whihc one do I need to adjust and do I tighten or loosen the bugger????

Sorry to be som dim but some kind help much appreciate (where are you James Martin)

Thanks

IFIRC there is a lock nut on the back of the bolt that you'll need to back off, then wind the main bolt in/out, it should be pretty obvious with the wheel on full lock which;););)
Sorry can't be more help, but I've only touched it once, and that was quite a while ago:rolleyes:

If they rub on the drivers side then you need to adjust the stop on the passenger side. There's a lock nut on the back of the bolt, slacken that then screw the bolt out a bit.

Ian.

OK - I know it has a lock nut....(not that much of a numpty), so if it rubs on the driver side then I adjust the passenger side ones - thanks RM.
