Actually, you've got me wondering now. It would need an awful lot of splicing to be able to use all the engine sensors and I haven't noticed anything like that. Hmm. I may have misunderstood what he said about it. It was running like a dog on petrol though and the replacement MAF certainly fixed that. It misfired like buggery on lpg - I just assumed it was all related, but thinking about it, that may have just been that the lpg injector blocks were shot.

Anyway, ignore me - I'm just confusing the issue!

Mine's a ovlm (i think) sequential multipoint jobbie.

ok we will.:D:D:D

but lambdas are after the fuel has been burnt.

yep so thats how it knows there was too much fuel!:D:D:D:D:D

would the old fuel filter be adding to any of this as i have not changed it?
i dont know im only thinking aloud?
and wouldint be to do with old oil still in it along with old oil filter?

as i have not done thid yet as suspension has dropped that far cant get underneath to do it now

and how do i check it out? wait till i can get a connector off another and wire it in or get another one?
can it be tested somehow? without getting it towed away to a garage

these are one of the first things you should have changed when you got the vehicle, you should always give a new car a service as you never know when it was last done.know matter what the previous owner has told you.:(
