help real need help

hi can u help i realy need help and happy new year to you right i got a 2.5 300 and i put a cam belt on it and a week later it jumped 3 teeth.now it's starting making a knocking noise and i stopped it and ive took the case back off and i remembered what i had done wrong. I didnt tension the tensioner but it all time's up now but now ive got what sounds like back pressure coming from the back of the engine at the top of the head i think.

sounds like bent pushrod(s) and or valves or snapped rocker

Take off rocker box cover and look

hi i have look and it bent 3 of the push rod and took out the head gasket out but i got oil in the cam case at the botton i am sorry to ask . u
was bang on mate
