Help please

Just bought a landy and asked in the new here section what the engine was but no replies

Can anyone help as the slave cylinder has gone and I need to get a new one.

I thought it would be a 2.5 turbo. as you can see from the pics no turbo and today trying to fit a slave cylinder for a 2.5 I noticed they are not the same.
Thus I'm asking what it is!

Heh, your other thread has quite a few replies, apparently identifying the engine, how many times do you want to be told you've bought a dog? If you want factual information then you might have to wait until enough people have seen the threads ... and even then the forum is just that, people don't have to answer you, no-one AFAIK gets paid for posting here so the value of what you get might be worth what you put in.

For what it's worth this forum, IMHO, is one of the best for actual info, OK you might have to sift through some banter, but it's there and is great quality. If you can't be arsed to wait a little then perhaps you're better off going to a dealership ...

its a 32a injun which is perky but small.You really want 34dd engine.

put a good 200 tdi or v8 in.

Might be summit to do with engines not having slave cylinders?:doh:
