Help please new noise! (Video)

Hi everyone.
Another day, another new noise. I can’t identify this one though, hope you can help.
I have had the wheel off, but can’t see anything obvious.
I’m off on a road trip in a few weeks.

Sounds brake related to me, check your front discs and calipers and back plate, may have picked up something that lodged in there.

My first thought too, brake backplate and something either lodged in it or one of the mounting points broken off ...

Thanks guys, my gut was telling me it was something to do with the brakes, but I have just had new discs and pads fitted on the rear, so I was ignoring that thought. Could it be connected maybe?
