HELP please Confused.com

Hi I have recently bought a 4.4 vogue 2003 and after running it all morning i parked it up for 5 mins went back out to it and it would not start. I have just replaced the fuel pump because I thought this was the problem she still wont start engine turns over but no live going to the fuel pump and no fuel pressure on fuel rail ? I have read allsorts of things on this and seem to be getting no where fast checked all fuses and also checked the vaults running through the fuse in glove box when key is turned on this reads 12v dc. its been on comp no faults showing? only thing i have not done is have the codes read on the ECM to see if it has dropped its code and kicked in the immobilisor as i have seen a thread where this has happened if anyone has a clue to what might be going on i would be more than greatfull as i am running out of ideas fast
