Help!! Oil coming from top of rocker cover!!

So had the engine running for a few mins to see how bad the exhaust leaked and noticed this.

Lots of pressure in the top end.

I had that when the head gasket had gone at one of the pushrods on my 2.5NA but, I would say yours is even worse - looks like there is a lot of pressure -cracks in the head?

What happens when you pull the oil cap whilst it's running?
 
Don't know. I'm out tomorrow so can have a look. I know it's not a massive job removing the head to check gasket. But is it worth it? Going to look at tappets tomorrow. Got feeler gauges today.

you wont need feeler gauges any unopening valve will be obvious ,hows it run with filler cap off
