Help needed with parts

Hi hoping someone can help, i need to buy water pump, timing belt, alternator belt and power steering belt for freelander 1.8 petrol 2001 on 51 plate. Hubby working abroad and wants me to get parts for when he gets back. Totally confused (blonde). Can anyone please tell me exactly what i need!!!

if it were me i would buy Land rover genuine timing belt and tensioners as its the sort of thing you want to have faith in. Probably come as a kit.

As for water pump - the 1.8 engine often has problems with headgaskets and this can be down to poor circulation of water. Somone recently has put an electronic water pump on to improve circulations...look on here the last few days. This is DEFINATLY what i would be looking at if i had a petrol.

Drop down local motor factors for a timing belt kit and water pump - armed with registration they should be able to drag details up on computer. you also want cam shaft locking kit if locking kit more than £3-7 quid buy off ebay.
