freelander 1 hse k series

So, long story short.

I bought a freelander 1 HSe model k series 1.8 petrol 04 plate, Ive done numerous works to this but cant find anyone to do a timing belt change.

current list of parts ive fitted include.
steering rack, brake pads, calliper, brake pipes (front), it also has the new water cooling valve etc.
The car itself is very clean and has been stored under a roof for the past wee while while doing the works but no mechanics seem to have the tools to do a cam belt. not least can i get one.

I would love to get this back on the road. So here i have a list of what i think it will need.
Back brakes
Hand brake
cam belt.
Tracking, no doubt arms and ends as the threads here seem worn.

Im reluctant to send it for an mot until such works have been done as im scared the belt will snap mid mot.
any ways i thought ide include some photos of my current project and Delmas. hopefully someone can help or at the very least get me the cash ive spent on it + repairs
