Not sure what section but it is a rescue. My nut job ex has breached a court order by not allowing me access to my belongings now it looks like I will be going in with police and removing the whole lot. I have no cash till next week and my landy is off the road till I can sort it, need my tools todo so. Does anyone have load space in a van or 110 and could come drive my stuff to my mums(temp home) and ill give them cash for fuel next week? Please help I need my daughter's stuff. What i did manage to retrieve yeasterday was damaged
 
When are you wanting to get your stuff? Diesel money's a bit of an issue as well as time but might be able to sort something out if nobody else can help out
 
Maybe available, I have experience in this kind of situation.
 
I've taken my 110 off the road at the minute (new bulkhead on its way-joy)

But, I have a 10x5 plant trailer someone can use to sort this if that's any help

It looks like the police will be going in to remove, exs new partner then I can remove my belongings. I'm not yet allowed any white goods furniture, so will see once spoke to solicitor again she is trying to get hold of the judge atm
 
Right the low down is. I have to agree a list with my ex before I can remove any items from the house however she is making this as hard as possible as she is claiming She is scared of me attending the property i would like to state i have not been aggressive or threatened her she is just being a mental ex, so I have to find a third party to attend and retrieve my goods at a date to be arranged is anyone willing to do this? Contact yo solicitor or police. How can anyone collect yo stuff if yu aint there to oversee it? Rely on what the other party says?

No disrespect, but without you there, what proof is there that its your stuff. You MUST attend.

Tried that I have to write a list and agree it before hand I'm allowed to wait up the road so I can check it then. She got my in a pickle as the judge isn't about property and will decide on all contested items on the 3rd of June.
 
I'll do it as per phone call, call your solicitor and pm the details. I will call them.

Has this all been sorted now?
If not I have a large van (and me) available evenings and most week-ends.
