Help in NI

Hi guys. Hoping someone here can help. Trying to find someone in NÍ who can work on infotainment system 2012 TDV8 Westminster. Long story short lost all sound several weeks ago but monitor/head unit was turning on. Everything functioning. Several days later lost head unit. Still showing RR emblem but not switching on. Have had BLRC look at it and they tell me that the 'most'(?) receiver isnt receiving any signals. Any suggestions of way forward or someone who would know what they're looking for would be appreciated

MOST is the Media Orientated System Transport data bus - it is a fibreoptic based data transfer system developed by Ford I believe.

Thank you. Figured that it had to be some Form of 'server' have had Fibre optics in each module at rear checked and all seem to be passing light through them. I'm at a complete loss. As is the auto spark who has been looking at it. He suggests next step is monitor out and replacement of that unit.....

Is this the one where if the blue tooth phone module goes up the swanny it cuts every thing out and if you bypass the fibre optics with a bit of pen every springs into life again.

I had found something similar on my search of the internet. Don't know if the auto spark is aware of that. He said he checked all modules and all had light going through them. Will speak with him tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder.
